Shipping & returns

Shipping

Boards and blocks ship from our USA shop. Smaller boards usually leave within 2–4 business days. Large butcher blocks and tables may need freight — we confirm before anything heavy ships.

You get a tracking link when the package moves. Cart shows any free-shipping offer in effect.

Returns

Damaged in transit? Email photos to orders.ggn@gmail.com within 7 days and we will make it right.

Unused standard boards may be returned within 14 days in original condition — buyer covers return shipping unless we erred. Custom / made-to-order is final sale unless we made a mistake.
